美国这几天又连续发生枪案，继昨天下午美东纽约州水牛城发生当地有史以来最大一起枪击案，造成10人死亡3人受伤后，今天下午美西大洛杉矶华裔最集中的橙县一个教堂又发生了枪击案，造成1人死亡、4人重伤。为什么美国有这么多枪案，我这篇文章给予最深刻的剖析，这篇文章其实是我《西方文明历程》这本书的第三部，美国革命的第一章，第11节《离开兄弟之爱美国也不是》的部分内容，这篇文章可以很好深刻诠释了美国这几天频繁发生枪案的本质原因，希望这篇文章能对大家有点启迪，诱发一些深层次的思考。

对于这几十年以来愈演愈烈的美国校园枪案，同样可以用远离兄弟之爱来解释。因为殖民者一踏上北美大地就拥有自由持枪权，如今已经近四百年了，而且当时民众拥有的枪支与军队枪支的火力是相当的，也就是说，当时民众拥有相当于今天飞机、大炮的火力，可是却很少发生屠杀校园学生的现象。为什么独独这几十年以来校园枪案越来越常见，大有一发不可收拾之势，难道真的是持枪带来的吗？可之前四百多年的持枪为什么就没有这些现象？实际原因是，枪只是工具，可以用于杀人，也可以用来维护正义，不是持枪有错，而是持枪的人变了，变得失去了信仰，失去了兄弟之爱。失去兄弟之爱后贪婪堕落的人性没有任何约束，如同毒汁一般四处蔓延、扩散，每个人都追求自己的欲望，于是将人性的恶发挥到极致，此时持枪就成为一件危险的事。在一个欲望横流、充满邪恶的社会里，枪成了发泄怨恨，作恶的工具，于是最柔弱、最柔软的校园，就成了这些人报复社会的对象，因为必然会引起了社会极大的恐慌与震动，而这恰恰就是这些人渣的目的。对于这个现象一些左派趁机蛊惑煽动，要求推翻宪法第二修正案的持枪权，实行全面禁枪。可全面禁枪，加上失去兄弟之爱之后，那么也就更没有什么可以保证美国不走进独裁了，民众没有持枪权，那么拥有武力的美国政府，将逐渐吞噬民众的各种权利，包括最为珍贵的宗教自由权，民众只能匍匐在美国政府面前呻吟，美国也必然走进奥威尔似的国家，再次走进独裁，无论是军队独裁还是个人独裁，历史又进行了一次轮回。

也许许多人会问道日本、英国等大多数国家都没有禁枪，不也没走进独裁吗？但是可以毫不夸张的说，这些国家之所以禁枪没有走进独裁，完全是不禁枪的美国在后面撑腰的原因。欧洲的法国、德国等国家可以禁枪，因为美国在欧洲驻军10万，日本、韩国等亚洲国家可以禁枪，因为美国在亚洲也驻军6万。如果最强大的，最后一个不禁枪的美国也禁枪了，那么根据人类历史经验，全世界必然瞬间走进独裁。有人可能不服气我这种说法，可是我如果说全世界只有一个半国家，还没有出现过独裁政府，一个美国，外加半个英国（指英国现在还是君主立宪制），任何人只要稍微有一点常识的话，应该只能同意我这个说法，其他国家诸如法国、德国、俄罗斯、日本、意大利、西班牙，反正想得出来，能列举出来的国家无不曾经出现过独裁政权。这就是人类历史的趋势，也是我一直强调的民主、自由、平等是反人性的，很难长久维持，而独裁、专制反而是最符合人性，最符合人伦常理的，所以也是最经常存在的社会制度，历史总是这样不断地重演。可以想象如果作为自由、平等最后一道屏障的美国也禁枪了，那么又有谁？又怎么能来抵御世俗政府的肆虐？又怎么保证美国不出现独裁政权，如果美国出现了独裁政权，可以想象这个世界将进入一个何等恐怖的境地，形容为世界末日来临也不夸张吧。所以美国绝不能禁枪，特别在如今这种越来越远离兄弟之爱的情况下。

有人说美国伟大强大的基础是美国宪法，是宪法中明确规定的民主选举，三权分立，司法独立，竞选政治等等，并不是什么信仰、兄弟之爱，但这又是大错特错的观点，因为人类费尽心机的制度设计，在人性的贪婪堕落面前只能是摆设。古希腊民主就是一个活生生例子，古希腊早期能够形成民主社会，与有着颇为虔诚的多神论信仰密切相关，而且当时古希腊的民主远比当代人想象的成熟，当时的古希腊除了军事官员外，其他官员都是用抽签产生的，这可以说是人类历史上最公平、最民主的选举了，但随着信仰的塌陷，随着人类对欲望的无穷追求，当选议员也越来越邪恶、堕落，最后这些议员可以处死苏格拉底，处死自己战败的将军，这样的国家不被独裁、不亡国也就说不过去了。①因为民主选举是建立在兄弟之爱的基础上，是情深意重、情意浓浓的兄弟之间，协商解决问题的一种方法，所以也是极其脆弱的，很容易被野心家、阴谋家所利用，我们再来看看希特勒上台过程，就更清楚我为什么这么说了。

从表面现象来看，希特勒和他的纳粹党是按照合法程序，被选民推上台的，但希特勒及其纳粹党，合法途径夺权背后的几乎所有手段，都是非法的，都是对宪法原则的公然践踏。远在1921年7月，希特勒取得对纳粹党的领导权后，立即着手建立纳粹党的武装力量，同年8月，专门负责在他举行集会时维持“秩序”的那些武斗队，演变成为一个身着戎装的准军事组织。正是这个武装力量，在希特勒夺取政权的过程中，起到了不可替代的作用，成了一个肆意破坏民主宪政的冲锋队。到1933年为止，冲锋队在全国挑起的武斗案件达4万起，连续不断地制造了恐怖事件，他们进行的殴斗、谋杀、爆炸和暗害活动，扼杀了一切进行的政治讨论及反对者的政治空间，使德国陷入了比第一次世界大战后，更为严重和混乱的局势，冲锋队为希特勒上台冲锋陷阵，立下了汗马功劳。不久，希特勒不断壮大自己的贴身卫队——党卫队，以取代冲锋队位置，而党卫队只效忠希特勒一人，同时具有军事性质和秘密警察性质。到三十年代中期，党卫队的4.5万名秘密警察已分布于全国，监视着敌视政府的一切活动，它的6.5万名保安警察和280万名风纪警察，保卫着希特勒的安全，它的4万名看守人员，在20座集中营和附近的160座劳动营，残酷迫害无辜的“犯人”和反法西斯战士，它的10万名保安处情报人员，密切地监视着国民的思想动向，几乎控制着整个德意志民族。由此可见，希特勒在实际上是，一直以破坏和摈弃民主程序的各种强力手段，来夺取最高权力的，而不是依靠遵守民主的程序和规则，达到这一目的的。

“德国历史上的 “魏玛宪法”从纸面上来说，几乎是二十世纪最自由、最民主的宪法之一。它的结构之严密几乎到了完善的程度，其中不乏设想巧妙、令人钦佩的条文，看来似乎足以保证一种几乎完善无疵的，民主制度的实行。”（《第三帝国的兴亡纳粹德国史》85页）然而“魏玛宪法”失败了，因为再精巧、再复杂的设计，都抵御不了人性的贪婪堕落，同样也抵御不了一般民众的贪生怕死、胆小怕事，而恰巧当时是德国基督教信仰最稀薄的时候，否则很难相信，会这样狂热地崇拜一个不是上帝的凡人。民主选举并不是很稀奇的事，在人类的不同时期都曾经存在过，但都无法长久地坚持下来，就是因为人性使然，民主、自由、平等其实是最反人性的，与我们现实中接触的常识是完全相反的。民主选举只有建立在上帝之下人人平等，兄弟之爱的基础上才是最牢固、最可靠的，这也是迄今为止人类历史经验所证明的，所以说对于一个越来越远离上帝，越来越远离兄弟之爱的美国，我是一点信心都没有。

Why have frequent shootings occurred in the United States in recent years but few in the 200 years since the country’s founding?

Over the past few decades, the intensified school shootings in the United States can also be explained by the loss of brotherly love. The colonists had the right to hold guns freely as soon as they stepped on the land of North America. This right has been kept for nearly 400 years. And at that time, the guns owned by the colonists had the same firepower as the military, but school shootings rarely happened. Why had school shootings become more common in the past few decades? However, if the total gun ban is wholly accomplished, If the Americans lost gun rights, coupled with losing the brotherly love, there would be nothing to protect the United States from entering a dictatorship. Then the United States government will gradually swallow up the rights of people with force, including the most precious right of religious freedom, and the people can only crawl and moan in front of the secular government. The United States will inevitably enter an Orwellian country. Once again, the dictatorship will reincarnate in the United States, whether the military or the individual dictatorship. Perhaps many people may ask that most countries, such as Japan, Britain, and so on, have not banned guns, and haven’t they gone into dictatorship? European countries, such as France, and Germany, can ban guns because the United States stations 100000 troops in Europe. However, this argument is completely off base. The system designed by man can only be a gewgaw in front of the greed and degeneration of human nature. Ancient Greek democracy is a living example. In ancient Greece, The formation of a democratic society was closely related to its polytheistic religion. The democracy of ancient Greece was far more sophisticated than contemporary people thought. Except for military officials, other officials were selected by lottery. It is the fairest and most democratic election in human history. However, along with the collapse of faith, with the endless pursuit of human desire, the selected members became more and more evil and corrupt. These selected members can execute Socrates and defeated generals. It is an injustice that such a country should not be dictated to or subjugated. ①Since democratic elections are based on brotherly love, they are a way to negotiate and resolve problems between brothers with deep feelings and strong affections.
